Au coeur du Minervois
Situé au cœur des terroirs du Cru La Livinière, le domaine Les Combes Cachées a été créé ex nihilo par trois amis passionnés de terroirs et de vin : Xavier, propriétaire céréalier, Michel, géographe globe-trotter, et François, agronome et chef d’entreprise. Ils achètent leurs premières vignes en juillet 2015, vendangent en septembre, et élaborent leur premier millésime : 2015. Les vignes (15 ha, dont 12 en production en 2022), certifiées bio depuis 2018, sont disséminées sur de très beaux terroirs sur les communes de La Livinière, Siran et Cesseras (34). Elles s’étagent de 100 à 400 m d’altitude des terrasses aux coteaux de la Livinière, sur le piémont de la Montagne Noire.
