Entonnage, ou mise en tonneaux du Minervois La Livinière 2018, qui part pour un an d’élevage en barriques, dans l’atmosphère à température controlée de notre chai à barriques. Un voyage d’un an avec de très belles promesses au bout. Jamais nous n’avons eu un chai à barriques aussi plein.
Nous avons déjà une excellente idée du millésime Cru La Livinière 2018. RV dans un an 🙂
