Nous avons procédé le 17 Juin à la mise en bouteilles de nos trois cuvées distinctes de Cru La Livinière 2018: Trois Écus, Soleil Rouge et Malone. Notre premier millésime de Livinière 100% bio, après 3 ans officiellement en conversion.
Les conditions météo ont été idéales: pas de forte chaleur et un temps couvert. Des vins qui vont attendre un à deux ans de plus pour être commercialisés, le temps qu’il faut pour avoir des vins prêts à la consommation.
