The 2019 harvest calendar will be later than in previous years. Veraison was late this year, and also uneven within the plots. However, the very dry summer benefited from two significant rainy episodes in mid-July and August 09, which were insufficient but welcome. The first sampling and ripeness checks will begin next week, with the harvest due to start around September 15 at the earliest for the reds, and early September for the whites.
