Released last April, our very first effervescent was an instant success! Neither crémant, nor pet'nat, but a sparkling rosé from a parcel of high-altitude mourvèdre (410 m). With only 10,5°, With its aromatic character, fine bubbles and thirst-quenching freshness. More than half of the cuvée was sold out in just three months, a record for a new product.
