A new cellar for Les Combes Cachées

That's it: we've moved into our brand-new Siran winery, a brand-new production facility for 600 m², located just opposite our original winery. Today, we have a modern organization: numerous small vats to vinify each parcel separately before demanding blending.The building now comprises three areas, all air-conditioned: a large vat room, a barrel cellar and a vast storage area.
