Both cuvées look very promising. We're waiting impatiently for your first feedback, but we're very confident.
We also bottle our superb Minervois Blanc 2020 Combe Violin. A bomb in the makingAromas of hawthorn and white-fleshed fruit, long and persistent on the palate, with lots of freshness, a salivating finish and a hint of salinity typical of the high-altitude limestone terroir. A pure delight.
Our Minervois Rosé 2020, Pink Floyd, This highly confidential wine (708 bottles) is also very promising: aromatic, fruity, dry and refreshing. Squaring the circle.
Finally, we have decided to innovate with an ephemeral cuvée: a 100% Carignan from our very old vines. Carignan (1969) by La Galine, on a high-altitude Livinière terroir. We wanted to innovate and please ourselves with this small Cuvée of 1,200 bottles. We're sure you'll share our pleasure...
