Funneling of our 2017 Viognier

Funneling of «La Martelle» 2017. A first: we decided to mature our Viognier 2017 in new 400 liter barrels. Two French oak barrels low heat Vicard. It was last Wednesday, in our brand new barrel cellar and already we find promising effects for tasting ... a new style announced for the Viognier 2017. Small volume, complexity and roundness. Result in a year or later.
