As soon as the estate was created, we committed ourselves to virtuous practices, an obvious choice for us: as soon as the first vineyard purchases were signed, we began the organic certification process. The wine-growing reclamation project on the causse at Siran, close to the Les Meulières site, has enabled us to preserve trees, chosen by a specialist, which are valuable biodiversity auxiliaries on plots of land replanted with vines at 400 m altitude.

 Thanks to the Oenomed project, we have been able to consolidate our practices by investing in the preservation of water, so precious in our Mediterranean area, and reducing the risks of pollution.
