After the flattering distinction of our wines by international critics this summer in England and the United States, a new recognition of the domain Les Combes Cachées comes with the release on September 1st of the Guide Hachette 2018, the bestseller wine guidebook. Two of our wines are indeed very honorably distinguished each with two stars, that is to say, according to the notation of the guide, two « remarkable wines » … The Minervois Rouge 2015 is described as « a model of harmony and complexity ». Our Minervois White Combe Violon 2016 also receives two stars and is called « superb white » …
These new awards increase to 12 recognitions of our wines by specialized critics in 2 years only… »
