Many of you are raving about our white wines, Viognier and Minervois Blanc, which are now in great demand. So this winter, we planted almost 2 hectares more: viognier, roussanne, grenache blanc and grenache gris on beautiful high-altitude terroirs on the Causse de Minerve at 420m... See you in 2027 for the new wines. &nbsp;<br>And since this spring, we've also been growing some very fine new plots: viognier, syrah and old cinsault. Syrah is the key grape variety for our Crus Livini\u00e8re.
