Very beautiful terroirs of Fauzan to complete our terroirs of altitude. And parcels of classical terraces near Siran, at a place called \u00ab\u00a0Chapelle-Saint-Germain\u00a0\u00bb. Labelled <em>\u00ab\u00a0Minervois-La Livini\u00e8re\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> appellation. This brings the total surface exploited to 15 hectares, of which 2\/3 in appellation La Livini\u00e8re, and not less than 9 distinct grape varieties. This beautiful grape variety will now give us greater ease for our assemblages.
