The Domaine Les Combes Cachées is extending

30 May 2018

The Domaine Les Combes Cachées is extending: we have just acquired 2.5 hectares of new parcels, 100% Syrah, in the municipality of Cesseras, next door to Siran. Very beautiful terroirs of Fauzan to complete our terroirs of altitude. And parcels of classical terraces near Siran, at a place called « Chapelle-Saint-Germain ». Labelled « Minervois-La Livinière » appellation. This brings the total surface exploited to 15 hectares, of which 2/3 in appellation La Livinière, and not less than 9 distinct grape varieties. This beautiful grape variety will now give us greater ease for our assemblages. While maintaining our policy of parcel per parcel vinification.
